 Our
family domaine
The small family domaine is surrounding the Mas Ste Cécile,
viewing the "Dentelles" mountains and the village
of Gigondas.
The owners, Jean & Lise, produce their redwine from the
main grape varietyies of the Côtes du Rhône area
: Grenache, Syrah, Carnignan and Mourvedre.
Due to excellent weather conditions : water, sun and wind,
there is very little need of interfering with Mother Nature.
Even throughout the winemaking, Jean and Lise prefer oldfashioned
and longlasting procedures, in order to obtain the most natural
of wines (The sulfite level is under the limit permitted in
"organic" wines.)
